Summer Tutoring & Seeking Teaching Volunteers

The Friendship Center would like to help children in the MLK Neighborhood catch up with their academics by offering free tutoring services this year at the center. We are in need of teachers who would volunteer their time to help answer questions. Free lunch will be provided to all students and a food pantry will be open for all families. If you are interested in volunteering, please email Joe at today.

New Church Partnership with Grace Church

The Friendship Center would like to thank Grace Church for becoming a new ministry partner in 2020. Grace has provided small groups for many of our activities and has several members who have financially supported, volunteered at, and prayed for the Friendship Center. We are grateful for their belief in our ministry to the MLK community.   For more information about Grace Church, please visit
